In the article, we will consider the importance of physical education of children of early age and the principles that will help to achieve optimal results. Scientists have confirmed that insufficient physical development and low physical fitness of the children of early age is explained by a decrease in their motor activity. It is emphasized that the lack of motor activity negatively affects the development of all body systems and contributes to the lag in psychophysical development. Modern physical education does not compensate for the progressive lack of motor activity of children and adolescents. Therefore, attention is focused on the implementation of health-improving influence in the system of educational and educational process aimed at the formation of physical perfection: good health, harmonious physical development, motor readiness, development of physical qualities of the children of early age. However, the problem of physical development of the children of early age in the conditions of preschool education institutions is complicated due to the introduction of an inclusive form of education. Since children with special educational needs have disorders of intelligence, speech, vision, hearing, locomotor, nervous and mental disorders of various genesis, which requires not only rehabilitation, but also restoration of lost functions, development and formation of new skills. Solving the problem requires comprehensive help: educational and medical. It is proposed to improve the knowledge of preschool education specialists, to implement modern approaches to the physical education of the children of early age into the modern educational process.
