Abstract

This article describes the mamagement of student-customer reationships in a virtual environment. The introduction presents issuse realated to the types of social media. The rest of the article shows how a student becomes a client of the virtual world. This is presented by expaining basic concepts and their review as well as methodologies for managing reationships with the clent – student.
